What does angulam mean?
Angulam is a Sanskrit word meaning “finger”.
“Which finger? Not the middle one, I hope?” you ask anxiously.
Nope, this finger is inspired by a Zen kaon.
to point at the moon, a finger is needed, but woe to those who take the finger for the moon…
This blog aims to emulate that pointed finger, pointing toward wisdom and useful stuff that I come across every day. I hope it makes you laugh and provides comfort. Think of it as a friend – sometimes whacky – but a friend all the same! Indeed, if it brings a smile to your face, some understanding to your soul, and inspires you to look up a great truth – the blog would have done its job – many times over.
Enough already, let’s get started.
